  1. Scope of Services

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of services, platforms, and systems provided by Kujata Global Technologies Private Limited (“KGT Solutions”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By accessing or using our offerings, you agree to these Terms.

KGT Solutions provides:

  • Industrial AI and automation systems

  • Enterprise AI solutions and intelligent workflows

  • SaaS platforms and scalable software systems

  • Platform engineering and system integration

  • Data engineering and analytics solutions

  • Emerging technology solutions (Web3, XR, advanced systems)

  • Ongoing support, optimization, and system enhancements

All deliverables, timelines, and obligations shall be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW), proposal, or agreement.


  1. Client Engagement

Engagement begins only after:

  • Proposal or SOW approval

  • Execution of agreement (if applicable)

  • Receipt of agreed advance payment

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete requirements

  • Ensure timely feedback, approvals, and access

  • Collaborate during deployment and integration phases

Delays in client inputs may impact delivery timelines.


  1. Fees and Payment

  • Fees are defined in proposals, SOWs, or contracts

  • Payments follow agreed milestones or billing cycles

  • Delayed payments may result in suspension of services or system access

All fees:

  • Are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

  • Are non-refundable once execution has commenced, unless agreed in writing


  1. Intellectual Property

4.1 KGT Solutions Ownership

All proprietary assets including:

  • Frameworks

  • Architectures

  • Reusable components

  • Models, algorithms, and system designs

remain the exclusive property of KGT Solutions.


4.2 Client Deliverables

Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client only after full payment.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • We retain the right to reuse non-confidential components

  • We may reference the engagement for portfolio or case studies


  1. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information, including:

  • Business processes

  • System architectures

  • Data and operational insights

Confidential information shall not be disclosed without prior written consent.


  1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use systems or services for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt unauthorized access or system interference

  • Distribute malicious code or disrupt operations

  • Violate intellectual property or data rights

KGT Solutions reserves the right to suspend or restrict access in case of violations.


  1. Third-Party Integrations

Our systems may integrate with third-party platforms, tools, or infrastructure.

KGT Solutions is not responsible for:

  • Downtime or failures of third-party services

  • Changes in third-party APIs, pricing, or policies


  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services, platforms, and systems are provided:

“as is” and “as available.”

We disclaim all implied warranties including:

  • Merchantability

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Non-infringement

Except where explicitly defined in written agreements.


  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

KGT Solutions shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities

  • Operational downtime or data loss

Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service or engagement.


  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KGT Solutions against claims arising from:

  • Misuse of systems or services

  • Violation of applicable laws or these Terms

  • Unauthorized use of third-party assets


  1. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • Payment obligations are not met

  • There is a breach of these Terms

  • There is unlawful or harmful activity

Termination does not waive outstanding dues.


  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in:

Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India


  1. Amendments

We may update these Terms periodically.

Updated versions will be published on our website.

Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
