Build weeks
A few times a year we stop client work and just build. Some prototypes stay experiments. A few end up on a real production line months later.
COMMISSIONING
On the plant floor
Commissioning means hard hats, night shifts, and an operator telling you exactly what your dashboard got wrong. Nothing on-site teaches faster.
OFFICE DAYS
The quiet middle
Most days are quieter: code reviews, model training, a whiteboard argument that runs long. The unglamorous work that makes deployments last.
WORKSHOPS
Whiteboards, not decks
Client workshops run as engineering sessions, not sales calls. Architectures get drawn on whiteboards with the people who run the plant floor.
TEAM LIFE
